By downloading, installing, or using mobile applications developed by eDigitalApps (including YourPB and Shoes Up!), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the applications.
1. Use of the Applications
eDigitalApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the software only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any application or feature at any time without prior notice.
2. Local Storage & Data Loss
Our applications operate on an on-device, local storage architecture. User inputs (such as event details, names, or preferences) and workout calculation data are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain server backups or access to your device storage.
You are solely responsible for securing your device and maintaining backups. eDigitalApps is not liable for data loss resulting from device damage, loss, app uninstallation, or clearing app cache/data.
3. Intellectual Property
All original content, graphics, user interface designs, algorithms, logos, and code within eDigitalApps software are owned by eDigitalApps and protected by international intellectual property laws. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our applications.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. eDigitalApps does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that performance calculations (such as fitness benchmark predictions or compatibility scores) will meet individual expectations.
In no event shall eDigitalApps be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the software.
5. Governing Law & Contact
