• "Shoes Up!” is designed to store all user data exclusively on your device. This means that any information you enter into the App, such as Bride’s Name, Groom’s Name and Wedding Venue, is stored locally on your smartphone or tablet.
• We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on our servers or any third-party servers
• Because all data is stored locally, we have no access to your information.
3. Data Security
• You are responsible for the security of your device and the data stored within the App.
•  We recommend that you use strong passwords or other security measures to protect your device.
• Please be aware that if your device is lost, stolen, or damaged, the data stored in the App may be irretrievable. Also if the app data is cleared, or the app uninstalled, all data will be lost.
4. No Data Sharing
• Because we do not collect or store your data, we do not share any user data with third parties.
5. Children's Privacy
• "Shoes Up!” is intended for couples getting married.
• However, because we do not collect any personal data, we do not knowingly collect information from children.
• It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to monitor their children's use of the App.
